HCLTech, Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System Sign MoU to Explore AI-Powered Analytics

HCL Technologies (NSE:HCLTECH, BOM:532281) and Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS) of Transport for NSW signed a memorandum of understanding to explore expanding the AI analytics capabilities of SCATS.
The collaboration will examine the use of Sarvam's multilingual AI models to allow traffic operators and planners to analyze SCATS data in Indian languages. The companies will also explore on-premise and private-cloud deployment options to meet data-sovereignty requirements for smart-city infrastructure.
HCLTech shares fell nearly 2% in recent trade.
