StandardAero (SARO) said Thursday it has opened a 70,000-square-foot expansion of its Winnipeg facility, boosting the site's footprint by 40% and increasing its capacity for aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services.
The facility provides full MRO support for GE Aerospace (GE) CF34-3/8 and CFM International CFM56 turbofan engines, the company said.
Financial terms of the facility expansion were not disclosed.
StandardAero shares were 2.2% higher in premarket trading.
