【投资23亿，罗罗在华布局首个飞机发动机直租项目】9月3日，在2026中国航空金融国际论坛举办期间，全球发动机租赁公司Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance与天津东疆综合保税区进行签约，宣布在东疆布局飞机发动机租赁公司主体。这是RRPF在国内开展的首个飞机发动机直租项目，也是首次将租赁资产所有权布置在中国并开展运营。罗罗表示，落地东疆的本土化经营主体，总投资超23亿元人民币，将依托RRPF全球化产业资源，提供多品类航空发动机租赁、资产管理及全生命周期服务。
