【四川成渝：拟申报发行二绕西高速类REITs项目】四川成渝公告称，公司拟以二绕西高速资产向上交所申请注册发行权益并表型类REITs项目，发行规模不超过120亿元，其中优先级不超过119.99亿元、次级100万元由公司或指定第三方认购，产品期限为“3+3+…”形式，预计发行利率1.8%-2.5%。该项目不构成重大资产重组及关联交易，已经公司董事会审议通过，尚需提交股东会审议并经上交所审批通过后发行。
