自1951年起，哈尔滨电机厂、哈尔滨锅炉厂、哈尔滨汽轮机厂相继建立，并逐步发展成哈尔滨电气集团有限公司（简称哈电集团）。一代代哈电人接续奋斗，完成了发电装备从无到有、由弱到强、从引进吸收到自主创新的历史性跨越，累计创造了290余项“共和国第一”，为国家能源安全打造“动力心脏”。

而今，我国能源体系加速重构，新型电力系统建设全面提速，风电、光伏等新能源迅猛发展，传统煤电市场面临深刻调整。这家与新中国电力工业同频共振的老牌国企，再次站在转型十字路口——转还是不转？往哪里转？如何转？

面对大考，哈电集团用行动作答：从大漠光热到高原水电，从打破“部门墙”到推倒“铁交椅”，从“借船出海”到“自驾出海”，这家老牌国企以创新为楫、以改革为帆，加速突围破局。

“十四五”期间，哈电锅炉主要规模指标年均增幅超30%，哈电电机利润总额较“十三五”增长882%，哈电汽轮机营业收入从不足40亿元跃升至百亿元规模。一组组跃升的数据，映照出老牌国企在转型发展中书写的“破”与“立”、“守”与“变”的时代答卷。
