China Southern Power Grid Energy Unit's Reorganization Plan Wins Creditors Approval

China Southern Power Grid Energy Efficiency & Clean Energy (SHE:003035) said all creditors voted in favor of the bankruptcy reorganization plan of its subsidiary, Guangxi Nengneng Changling Clean Energy, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The creditors, which met on Wednesday, Sept. 2, were all in favor of Nengneng Changling's property management plan and its plan to continue performing its uncompleted contracts.
The energy and environmental protection company's shares fell 2% at the close.
