香港中旅（00308）盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.03%，现报1.19港元，成交额2531.35万港元。
近日，香港中旅发布截至2026年6月30日止6个月业绩，该集团期内取得收入20.56亿港元，同比增加12.56%；公司权益持有人应占溢利1.12亿港元，同比扭亏为盈；每股基本盈利2.02港仙。
公告称，2026年上半年，随着2025年下半年透过完成实物分派将持续亏损的旅游地产业务从本集团分拆，以及完成收购的松花湖公司及中旅冰雪公司为本集团带来新的收入增长点；整体收入较去年同期上升。2026年上半年，本集团旅游景区及相关业务持续经营业务总体收入为 9.89亿港元，较上年同期增长37%；应占利润为1.08亿港元，上年同期应占利润为0.22亿港元。
