智通财经APP获悉，来凯医药-B(02105)早盘涨超9%，截至发稿，涨9.37%，报7.005港元，成交额1024.4万港元。
消息面上，9月1日，来凯医药-B发布公告，集团已于中国启动LAE118用于治疗晚期实体瘤的I期临床研究(“I期临床研究”)的受试者招募，且已完成首例受试者入组。
于2026年6月，集团与Vasque Bio,Inc.(“Vasque Bio”)订立了一项独家许可协议(“许可协议”)。根据许可协议的条款及条件，集团有权获得合计最高达5.27亿美元的不可退还且不可抵扣的首付款及里程碑付款，以及按许可区域内LAE118未来净销售额计算的个位数至双位数百分比的梯度销售分成。集团亦有权在无需额外对价的情况下，获得Vasque Bio已发行普通股最高达高双位数百分比的股权，或替代该等普通股的现金付款。如Vasque Bio达成符合特定条件(与LAE118的使用相关)的合资格战略合作或收购交易，集团将有权获得额外付款，金额最高可达该战略交易价值的50%。
