【我国牵头的智慧城市人工智能应用国际标准成功立项】我国牵头提出的《城市和社区可持续发展 智慧城市运营模型中的人工智能应用 第2部分：原则与要素》国际标准提案，近日在国际标准化组织成功立项。人工智能正与城市治理深度融合，成为提升城市治理效能的关键技术。该标准旨在为智慧城市运营中的人工智能应用构建系统性治理框架，明确治理体系、实施路径、协同机制、成效评估等核心要素，着力破解城市“有技术、无规则”困境。在战略管理层面，标准拟提出风险监督与绩效监测指引；在公共服务层面，标准拟提出个性化与普惠服务融合实施指引；在资源管理层面，标准拟提出数据治理与资源协同布局指引，全方位推动构建包容、透明、负责任的城市AI治理体系。该标准将由中国、美国、英国、法国、阿联酋、新加坡、马来西亚、巴西、伊朗等16国专家联合开展研制。
