金吾财讯 | 亚马逊（AMZN）盘前续跌0.6%，报258.5美元。消息面上，美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）联合22个州检察长对亚马逊提起诉讼，指控其自2019年以来系统性地向广告客户多收费超过200亿美元。诉状已于周一提交西雅图联邦法院。起诉主体称，亚马逊通过操纵其广告竞价拍卖机制，系统性地虚报广告定价及条款，受影响的广告客户多达120万家，其中包括逾50万家中小企业。诉讼请求的民事罚款规模可能达到数十亿美元。加利福尼亚州检察长Rob Bonta在声明中表示，亚马逊“操纵了数十亿次广告拍卖，以牺牲依赖其平台开展业务的美国人为代价，为自身牟取暴利”。
对此，亚马逊在声明中否认了上述指控，称该诉讼未提供任何消费者受损的证据，并表示其广告拍卖在2019年至2024年间为广告主节省了80亿美元，同期经通胀调整后的每次点击平均费用基本持平。受该事件拖累，亚马逊股价周一于美股市场收跌2.5%。
