智通财经APP获悉，基本半导体(09971)盘中涨超8%，截至发稿，涨4.71%，报42.2港元，成交额2822.96万港元。
消息面上，近日，基本半导体发布截至2026年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，集团营业收入由截至2025年6月30日止六个月的人民币1.04亿元增加15.5%至截至2026年6月30日止六个月的人民币1.21亿元。整体毛利率由截至2025年6月30日止六个月的-28.8%改善至截至2026年6月 30日止六个月的2.8%，大幅改善31.6个百分点，实现毛利率转正里程碑。
智通财经APP在《基本半导体（09971）上市首份中报：毛利率逆势转正，工业模块暴增2825%》中指出，工业级模块迎来爆发式增长，期内收入同比激增2825.1%。相较汽车级产品，工业级模块所需芯片和封装材料较少，在同等销售规模下毛利率表现天然更优，其快速放量对整体毛利率改善形成了直接拉动。报告期内，基本半导体产品在国内头部电信运营商AI数据中心中获得采用，为智算集群国产化替代与绿色低碳运营提供支撑。工业级碳化硅功率模块在电镀电源领域累计订单已超3万个，光伏、储能等可再生能源场景的需求持续增加。
