金吾财讯 | 据新华社消息，国际货币基金组织（IMF）总裁格奥尔基耶娃9月1日在二十国集团财长和央行行长会议上致辞说，今年全球经济3%的预期增速背后是增长的严重分化，增长前景依然面临高不确定性。发达经济体债券收益率走高推升全球利率水平，令人担忧。格奥尔基耶娃说，全球公共部门债务占国内生产总值（GDP）的比重接近100%，这已超过二战后的高位并预计将进一步攀升。很多国家的通胀回落过程已经停滞，不断增加的财政压力在推高核心债券收益率，财政和货币政策的相互影响令市场担忧。最后，人工智能未来对生产力和金融稳定的影响依然未知。
