Zetrix AI (KLSE:ZETRIX) signed a share purchase agreement with Next Lion to acquire about 15.3 million shares in MYEG Ventures for 130 million ringgit, according to a Tuesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The consideration will be satisfied through a combination of cash and issuance of up to 360.6 million new shares.
The acquisition supports the company's expansion into the Philippines, where it plans to roll out blockchain and AI services.
