Ascent Development Board OKs Up to NT$2.54 Billion Joint Development Deal

Ascent Development's (TPE:1439) board approved a joint development project of up to NT$2.54 billion with Wei-Li International Development in Taishan, New Taipei City, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan bourse.
The company will undertake joint construction and separate sales, involving 4,464.11 square metres of land. Of the total, 60% will be development allocation, while 40% will be for the landowner.
The development will support the company's project-development business and generate operating revenue.
