【恒瑞医药：HRS-7535片药品上市许可申请获受理】恒瑞医药公告称，公司子公司山东盛迪医药有限公司收到国家药监局下发的《受理通知书》，HRS-7535片的药品上市许可申请获受理。该药品为新型口服小分子GLP-1R激动剂，拟定适应症为用于成人2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制。此次申报基于两项关键Ⅲ期临床研究，结果显示其各剂量组糖化血红蛋白降幅达1.40%-1.68%，同时展现减重、降尿蛋白等多维获益，安全性及耐受性良好。截至目前，该项目累计研发投入约4.94亿元。
