8月31日，再鼎医药在Clinicaltrials.gov网站上注册了ZL-1310+PD-L1抗体一线治疗ES-SCLC的全球三期临床试验。该全球三期临床拟入组530例一线ES-SCLC患者，预计2030年6月初步完成。
中信建投此前发布研报称，公司自主研发资产正逐步进入临床价值验证阶段，核心自研管线有望于年内迎来密集数据读出及关键研发进展。2026 年下半年重要催化剂包括：Zoci（ZL-1310，DLL3 ADC）一线小细胞肺癌（1L SCLC）联合治疗数据公布、1L SCLC 及肺外神经内分泌癌（ep NE C）注册性开发推进；ZL-1503（IL-13×IL-31Rα 双抗）首次人体数据公布等。
