智通财经APP获悉，易居企业控股(02048)回落逾35%，昨日股价一度飙涨超300%。截至发稿，跌35.78%，报0.07港元，成交额1308.64万港元。
消息面上，易居企业控股2026年中期业绩显示，公司上半年取得收入8.13亿元，同比减少35.54%；公司拥有人应占利润4524.5万元，去年同期则取得亏损2.98亿元，同比扭亏为盈。值得注意的是，公司债务重组进入冲刺阶段，其香港计划及开曼计划均获所需大多数计划债权人高票赞成通过，裁决聆讯分别订于2026年9月11日及2026年10月9日举行。
具体收入看，上半年，公司三大主业收入均下滑，其中一手房代理服务收入同比下滑52.5%；房地产经纪网络服务下滑99.2%；房地产数据及资讯服务则下滑48.7%。公司计划推动克而瑞与深度智联更紧密融合，令“AI + 房地产”成为新增长策略的核心。
