中国经济网北京9月2日讯 唯捷创芯(688153.SH)今日收报26.4元，跌幅5.24%。目前该股处于破发状态。 唯捷创芯于2022年4月12日在上交所科创板上市，公开发行股票4008.00万股，发行价格为66.60元/股，保荐机构(主承销商)为中信建投证券股份有限公司，保荐代表人为武鑫、沈杰。 唯捷创芯首次公开发行股票募集资金总额为266,932.80万元，扣除发行费用后，募集资金净额为250,251.13万元。唯捷创芯最终募集资金净额比原计划多1529.31万元。唯捷创芯于2022年4月7日披露的招股说明书显示，该公司拟募集资金248,721.82万元，分别用于集成电路生产测试项目、研发中心建设项目、补充流动资金项目。 唯捷创芯首次公开发行股票的发行费用总额16,681.67万元，其中，保荐及承销费用14,731.30万元。 (责任编辑：华青剑)
