消息面上，韩国央行近日将基准利率上调0.25个百分点至3.00%，系史上首次启动加息后立刻落地“背靠背式连续加息”。韩国数据与统计部周三公布的数据显示，韩国8月份通胀率回升至3%以上。韩国在满足能源需求方面高度依赖进口，而随着中东危机持续，国际油价仍居高不下。
值得注意的是，韩国监管层近期通过提高保证金门槛、强制完成5天模拟交易等组合措施，压制单股杠杆ETF热潮。相关ETF资产规模已从114亿美元骤降至50亿美元，8月净流出规模约达10亿美元，且交易额跌至峰值4%。监管措施已初见成效。KOSPI指数波动率指标已从6月底峰值97回落至约50的四个月低位，市场稳定性明显改善。
