金吾财讯 | Vertiv（VRT）宣布，其子公司已达成最终协议，将以约14.5亿美元现金收购能源技术公司Utility Innovation Group（UIG）。此外，根据UIG未来12至24个月的EBITDA（息税折旧摊销前利润）目标达成情况，交易还包含至多11.5亿美元的业绩提成，使本次收购的总对价最高可达26亿美元。据介绍，本次收购将使Vertiv的电力与冷却产品线进一步向上游扩展至公用事业电网互连与现场电源，打造出从电网源头到芯片终端的协调架构。该架构不依赖于任何单一的发电技术或能源供应商，能灵活适配并网及独立于电网的各种复杂供电模式。Vertiv首席执行官吉奥·阿尔贝塔齐表示，AI数据中心运营商的竞争关键在于“从选址到交付首个代币（Token）的速度”。而UIG的专有技术与经验团队将显著提升客户加快供电及算力上线的速度，破除当前限制AI算力的电力瓶颈。
