　　9月3日，*ST康佳公告称，拟以股东会决议方式主动撤回A股和B股股票在深交所的上市交易，并在终止上市后转入全国中小企业股份转让系统退市板块转让。

　　公告指出，公司股票自2026年9月4日开市起停牌，直至深交所公告终止上市决定后5个交易日内摘牌。如终止上市事项未获股东会审议通过，公司将申请股票自股东会决议公告之日起复牌。

　　公开信息显示，康佳集团成立于1980年5月21日，是中国改革开放后诞生的第一家中外合资电子企业。1992年，康佳A、B股股票在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市。截至9月3日收盘，*ST康佳报2.46元/股，最新市值59.24亿元。
