智通财经APP获悉，内银股今日普遍调整，截至发稿，青岛银行(03866)跌3.82%，报5.165港元；农业银行(01288)跌2.6%，报6.37港元；招商银行(03968)跌2.62%，报51.95港元；工商银行(01398)跌2.21%，报7.525港元。
消息面上， 9月6日，工行、农行同日披露向特定对象发行A股股票预案，合计拟募资不超过2600亿元。其中农行不超过1600亿元、工行不超过1000亿元，财政部领投、烟草系跟投，募集资金全部用于补充核心一级资本。至此，2025年首轮缺席的两家国有大行完成注资。中泰证券指，六大行注资收官、定向发行不分流资金、大股东以不低于市价增持对估值是托底，大行4%上下的股息率没有实质变化，红利逻辑不受影响。
光大证券也表示，此次注资对两家大行EPS、股息率等摊薄比例测算整体低于首批，盈利可较快实现回补，夯实资本增强扩表动能，基本面韧性叠加红利属性提振投资价值。该行认为，短期银行股仍以对冲波动、避险防御属性为主导，且近期房地产融资规范和保险资负管理新规，都为银行股投资提供了相对有利的政策环境。
