路透9月8日 - 阿斯利康 AZN.L 周二表示，其抗癌药物Imfinzi与安进 AMGN.O 的靶向免疫疗法Imdelltra联合使用，在一项晚期临床试验中显著提高了广泛期小细胞肺癌患者的总生存期。
具体细节如下：
该试验将该组合疗法作为维持治疗，与仅使用Imfinzi进行对比，研究对象为接受标准诱导治疗后疾病未进展的患者。
除总生存期外，该联合用药方案还提高了无进展生存期和客观缓解率。未发现新的安全性问题。
癌症治疗药物占阿斯利康销售额的近一半；2025年，在该公司256.2亿美元的肿瘤产品收入中，Imfinzi贡献了60.6亿美元。
Imfinzi已获批用于多种癌症治疗，是一种人源化单克隆抗体，能够阻断帮助癌症逃逸并抑制免疫系统的肿瘤机制，同时增强机体的抗癌免疫应答。
