【翱捷科技：阿里网络减持股份 持股比例降至11.17%】翱捷科技公告称，2026年8月17日至9月7日，公司持股5%以上股东阿里巴巴网络技术有限公司通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式，累计减持公司股份528.31万股，持股比例由12.43%降至11.17%，权益变动触及1%刻度。本次减持系履行前期已披露的减持计划，该计划拟减持不超过1254.9025万股，目前尚未实施完毕，剩余可减持726.5925万股。本次权益变动不触及要约收购，不会导致公司实控人变化，未违反相关规定及股东承诺。
