【深南电路：拟定增募资不超43.67亿元投建AI算力项目】深南电路公告称，公司拟向不超过35名特定对象发行A股股票，发行数量不超过发行前总股本的30%，定价基准日为发行期首日，发行价格不低于定价基准日前20个交易日公司股票交易均价的80%，认购股份自发行结束之日起6个月内不得转让。本次拟募集资金总额不超过43.67亿元，其中36.00亿元用于无锡深南电路AI算力电子电路产品项目，7.67亿元用于补充流动资金。本次发行尚需深交所审核通过及中国证监会同意注册。
