Taisun Enterprise Seeks NT$1 Billion in Damages in Central Union Oil Safety Incident Lawsuit

Taisun Enterprise (TPE:1218) filed civil lawsuits against four companies, seeking NT$1 billion in damages over losses linked to the Central Union Oil safety incident.
The defendants are Central Union Oil, Fu Shou Industrial, Fu Mao Oils and Nan Chiao Oils. Citing shareholder interests, Taisun said Tuesday the claim covers product recall, inventory destruction, consumer compensation, business losses and damage to its goodwill.
