中国经济网北京9月8日讯 佳缘科技股份有限公司(证券代码：301117 证券简称：ST佳缘)今日收报14.05元，跌幅5.32%。目前该股处于破发状态。 8月24日的公告显示，公司股票自2026年8月25日(星期二)开市起被实行其他风险警示，股票简称由“佳缘科技”变更为“ST佳缘”，证券代码仍为“301117”；实施其他风险警示后，公司股票交易的日涨跌幅限制不变，仍为20%。 2022年1月17日，佳缘科技在深交所创业板上市，发行股份2307.33万股，发行价格为46.80元/股，保荐机构(主承销商)为中信证券，保荐代表人为马峥、鞠宏程。 佳缘科技首次公开发行股票募集资金总额为10.80亿元，扣除发行费用后，募集资金净额为9.95亿元。佳缘科技最终募集资金净额比原计划多4.05亿元。佳缘科技于2022年1月11日披露的招股说明书显示，该公司拟募集资金5.90亿元，分别用于信息化数据平台升级建设项目、研发及检测中心建设项目、补充流动资金。 佳缘科技首次公开发行股票的佳缘科技本次发行费用合计8483.76万元，中信证券获得保荐承销费6478.98万元。 (责任编辑：华青剑)
