中国经济网北京9月8日讯 影石创新(688775.SH)今日盘中最低价报103.33元，为该股上市以来最低价。截至今日收盘，该股报103.69元，跌幅2.35%。 影石创新于2025年6月11日在上交所科创板上市，发行股票41,000,000股，发行价格为47.27元/股，保荐人(联席主承销商)为中信证券股份有限公司，保荐代表人为周鹏、刘冠中，联席主承销商为高盛、中金公司。 影石创新首次公开发行股票募集资金总额193,807.00万元，扣除发行费用(不含增值税)后的募集资金净额为174,776.61万元。影石创新最终募集资金净额比原计划多128,399.08万元。影石创新于2025年6月6日披露的招股说明书显示，该公司拟募集资金46,377.53万元，用于智能影像设备生产基地建设项目、影石创新深圳研发中心建设项目。 影石创新首次公开发行股票发行费用(不含增值税)合计19,030.39万元，其中，发行保荐承销费15,834.75万元。 (责任编辑：魏京婷)
