金吾财讯 | 道达尔能源（TTE）宣布，将减持巴布亚新几内亚PapuaLNG项目股份，并把项目运营权移交埃克森美孚（XOM）。这个长期拖延的开发项目正面临时间压力，需要在今年年底前完成最终投资决策。该项目由道达尔能源联合埃克森美孚、Santos、Kumul Petroleum/MRDC以及ENEOS Xplora共同持股。道达尔能源将按照各合作方当前持股比例，向现有伙伴出售项目9.1%的股权，交易完成后自身仍保留20%股份，本次股权交易并未披露转让对价。道达尔能源董事长兼首席执行官Patrick Pouyanné表示，相关协议推动Papua LNG向最终投资决策迈出关键一步。运营权移交后，可借助与PNG LNG项目的协同效应，提升项目价值创造能力与市场竞争力。他同时提到，Papua LNG能够保障公司获取稳定的液化天然气供给，项目优越的地理位置，也有助于支撑亚洲市场能源供应多元化的发展需求。
