【中国铀业：子公司参股纳米比亚铀矿交易已具备交割条件】中国铀业公告称，公司全资子公司中核海外拟通过增资方式获得BMN UK 45%股权，并以承接及追加股东贷款的方式使双方股东贷款金额与股权比例一致，交易总对价不超过3.22亿美元。截至公告披露日，交易各方已取得全部必要内部审批授权，完成纳米比亚反垄断审查及中国发改委、商务部备案等监管审批，本次交易已具备交割条件，各方将于2026年9月底前完成交割并签署《股东协议》，目前交易尚未完成交割。
