ChainCatcher 消息，据 ZDNet Korea 报道，三星显示计划明年大幅增加面向苹果折叠屏手机与 iPad 的 OLED 供应。折叠屏 OLED 目标由今年约 800 万台升至明年 1500 万台，iPad 用 OLED 由今年约 200 万台升至明年 900 万台，合计由今年约 1000 万台增至约 2400 万台。
苹果是三星显示中小尺寸 OLED 核心客户。市场机构 UBI Research 预计今年 iPhone 用 OLED 总需求约 2.647 亿台，三星显示将供应约 1.44 亿台，明年目标约 1.48 亿台。苹果今年下半年推出首款折叠屏手机，三星显示计划供应 7.8 英寸折叠 OLED。iPad 自 2024 年起在 Pro 机型采用 OLED，今年扩展至 mini，明年再扩至 Air。
报道援引业界人士称，若折叠屏定价约 2500 美元，今年与明年出货或分别约 600 万台与 1100 万台；价格更高或供应链问题可能使出货进一步减少。三星显示供应目标可能随市况调整。
