【内蒙华电：拟以聚达发电资产开展类REITs续发业务】内蒙华电公告称，2023年公司以聚达公司2×600兆瓦火电机组为基础资产发行20.01亿元资产支持票据，该产品于2026年8月4日进入优先收购行权期。公司拟行使优先收购权，在交易商协会申请续发类REITs，发行规模预计不超过20.01亿元，其中优先级不超过20.00亿元，次级不超过0.01亿元，底层资产为聚达公司上述火电项目。本次行权不涉及聚达公司股权变动，不构成关联交易及重大资产重组。续发类REITs尚需交易商协会审批，发行存在不确定性。
