Amazon-backed (AMZN) Anthropic has ended talks to acquire artificial intelligence startup Decart after conducting due diligence on the company, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Anthropic had explored a deal valued at about $6 billion but ultimately decided not to proceed, the report said.

No deal had been finalized, and the companies may still pursue other opportunities to collaborate, Bloomberg said.

Anthropic did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
