　　2026亚布力论坛夏季年会9月4日-6日在四川成都举办，东软集团联席总裁兼首席运营官盖龙佳表指出，大健康行业在全球范围内都极具想象力，而AI技术的核心使命就是“被看见”，同时技术也在重新定义人与组织在社会分工中的位置。

　　盖龙佳表示，养老已成为全新的产业与事业被提出。在微观层面，AI正在赋能医院的专科专病建设。通过构建专病库和高质量数据集，结合AI大模型，可以将医院的知识与经验沉淀下来，最终让每一位老百姓受益。

　　他提到，高质量数据集结合AI技术，甚至可以为高原病等特殊疾病的预防提供技术加持。

　　关于AI带来的社会变革，盖龙佳坦言，新技术的发展容易引发焦虑，行业需要重新找到人与组织在社会分工中的位置。他强调，未来任何一家制药企业如果声称与AI无关，那么它可能也与制药行业无关了。
