金吾财讯 | 小鹏（XPEV）宣布人形机器人生产线正式投产，首台IRON人形机器人完成制造后自主走出产线，标志产品从研发原型正式迈入产线制造阶段。该产线为全球首条高阶人形机器人自动化产线，移植小鹏汽车级制造质量体系，核心工艺自动化率超80%，为大规模生产打下基础。IRON人形机器人全身76个自由度，双手各21个自由度，搭载三颗图灵AI芯片，有效算力可达2250TOPS，支持端侧部署物理AI大模型，可自主完成复杂任务。按照规划，IRON将于2026年底开启量产，先在小鹏门店、园区内部落地试用；2027年面向海内外市场正式交付。小鹏机器人业务此前完成超9亿美元融资，投后估值超63亿美元。公司表示，人形机器人是物理AI战略重要支柱，有望成为集团第二增长曲线，高阶人形机器人业务毛利率预期将显著高于新能源车业务。小鹏董事长何小鹏称，该产线无成熟先例可参考，后续将继续提升生产规模与生产效率。
