消息面上，中国海外宏洋集团发布公告，在2026年8月份，中海宏洋系列公司实现合约销售额人民币23.48亿元及合约销售面积19.91万平方米，分别按年上升10.1%及下跌2.0%。在2026年1至8月份，累计合约销售额人民币244.21亿元及合约销售面积209.41万平方米，分别按年上升17.5%及12.3%。截至2026年8月底，累计认购未签约额人民币5.75亿元及认购未签约面积4.44万平方米。
在2026年8月份，集团于江苏省徐州市云龙区、江西省赣州市经开区、广西壮族自治区南宁市西乡塘区、安徽省合肥市瑶海区及浙江省义乌市新增项目5个，总楼面面积63.5万平方米，总土地成本人民币26.23亿元。从2026年1月1日至8月31日期间，集团累计新增总楼面面积128万平方米，总土地成本人民币52.5亿元，权益楼面面积128万平方米，权益土地成本人民币52.5亿元。
