【全球最大主权财富基金拟大幅减持美债】“挪威主权财富基金”是全球规模最大的主权基金，据多家外媒日前披露，该基金的管理机构“挪威银行投资管理基金”日前应询致函挪威财政部，就“挪威主权财富基金”下步投资方向提出建议。其中一条重要建议就是将政府债券在该基金所持有的债券投资组合中所占的比例从目前的70%下调至50%，而美国国债将成为主要减持对象之一。消息称，目前“挪威主权财富基金”所持有的美债总额约2150亿美元。“挪威银行投资管理基金”计划将美债持有量大幅削减近800亿美元，美债的配置比例也将从34.1%降至21.9%。“挪威主权财富基金”目前资产管理规模约2.34万亿美元。作为美国国债重要的长期稳定海外投资者，“挪威主权财富基金”计划大规模减持，所释放的信号意义重大。
