9月7日金融一线消息，国富人寿保险股份有限公司（下称国富人寿）披露的变更注册资本公告显示，国富人寿拟增发4.5亿股，每股单价1.20元，合计增资5.4亿元。增资完成后，该公司注册资本将由20.47亿元增至24.97亿元。

　　此次参与增资的均为国富人寿现有股东，其中，广州唯品会信息科技有限公司认购5000万股，投入资金6000万元；广西投资集团金融控股有限公司认购4亿股，投入资金4.8亿元。此次变更注册资本事项尚待国家金融监督管理总局广西监管局批准后生效。
