智通财经APP获悉，中国信达(01359)跌超3%，截至发稿，跌2.66%，报0.915港元，成交额4694.45万港元。
消息面上，近日，中国信达发布2026年中期业绩，持续经营活动收入总额226.27亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少28.01%；股东应占利润7.84亿元，同比下降65.6%。公告称，集团持续经营活动收入总额减少28.0%主要是因为其他收入及净损益和利息收入减少，部分被不良债权资产公允价值变动及其他金融工具公允价值变动的增加所抵销。
国信证券研报指出，中国信达2026年上半年表现低于预期。从分部报告来看，2026年上半年不良资产经营分部收入同比下降38.9%至115亿元，归母净利润同比转亏，亏损10亿元。不良资产分部中，收购经营类业务收入同比增长，收购重组类、债转股业务收入同比均下降。其中，包含信达证券在内的金融服务分部收入同比下降5.5%，归母净利润同比增长3.2%至26亿元。
