9月7日，工信部公开《信息通信行业发展“十五五”规划》。规划提出，加速5G新通话、裸眼3D、5G消息等应用创新，推广全屋智能互联等高品质产品，拓展智能服务形态。推动智能网联汽车、一体化电视、家庭机器人、AI眼镜等新型智能终端产品创新和应用普及。加大文化创意、体育赛事等数字内容供给。拓展即时零售、社交电商、直播电商等数字消费渠道。推动信息通信技术与教育、医疗、养老托育等基本公共服务深度融合，面向基层、农村及偏远地区推广数字化公共服务解决方案。
