消息面上，今年7月，国家烟草专卖局正式发布《加热卷烟》强制性国家标准征求意见稿，标准拟于正式发布6个月后实施。兴业证券指出，意见稿首次明确烟支、烟具和气溶胶具体要求，国内HNB监管框架进一步成型。国内HNB仍将围绕中烟体系及烟草材料供应链开展，有利于具备中烟客户资源、全系列产品能力和先发验证优势供应商。
国金证券指出，华宝国际是中国香精香料行业的龙头企业，在新型烟草领域，公司目前可独立承接 HNB 专用香精、口含烟香精、HNB 烟草薄片、烟用爆珠等核心环节的完整研发与规模化生产，并通过合作布局获得 HNB 整烟代工制造能力。
