#官方回应赴港看演唱会被取消全家低保#【江西一女生赴港看演唱会被取消全家低保？自称女孩表姐发声：#工作人员曾反复劝阻女孩赴港看演唱会#】#律师解读女儿追星全家低保没了#近日，#女儿追星全家低保没了#引发热议。自称当事人表姐的网友发帖称，女孩赴港前，当地对口帮扶工作人员和家人曾反复劝阻，并告知出境高消费可能触发低保动态复核，但女孩仍前往香港。返程后，民政部门通过出境记录启动复核，网传其全家低保资格被取消。9月6日，@封面新闻 记者注意到原帖已被删除。赣州市民政局回应称，目前市本级及下属县市区正在核查，具体情况尚未确认。北京市惠诚律师事务所上海分所李夙律师分析认为，如果网传情况属实，低保认定看的是家庭整体经济状况，低保家庭需要接受动态核查；自费出境旅游、娱乐属于高消费核查情形，符合条件的可以依法终止低保待遇。但律师同时指出，单次娱乐消费是否足以终止全家低保，仍存在行政比例原则上的讨论空间。民政部门作出停发低保金决定时，也应当书面说明理由；如果当事人对处理结果不服，可以依法申请行政复议或提起行政诉讼。
