ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，以太坊基金会协议团队发布 Hegotá 升级 EIP 优先级清单，并将以太坊一层在执行、共识和数据三个层面实现“量子安全”的目标时间定为 2029 年 12 月。
共识层方面，FOCIL（EIP-7805）被列为 S 级“必上线”，通过强制包含公有内存池交易以增强抗审查能力；执行层方面，Frame Transactions（EIP-8141）同为“必上线”，通过将交易拆分为验证、Gas 支付和执行的可编程“帧”，为原生账户抽象和自定义签名、代付 Gas 等打基础并提升后量子安全准备。协议团队称，从 2026 年 Q4“Glamsterdam”分叉起，后续多次分叉需平均约 7.2 个月完成，以确保在 2030 年前后“Q-day”前实现最低可行后量子安全里程碑。
