消息面上，剂泰科技与绿叶制药在北京正式签署长期战略合作协议，剂泰科技成为绿叶制药在AI药物递送领域的首家战略合作单位。根据战略合作协议， 双方将围绕四大方向开展深度合作：共同建设AI驱动研发平台、共同开展关键技术攻关、共同推进成果转化、共同打造开放创新生态。
值得注意的是，上交所发布通知，剂泰科技-P正式调入港股通标的证券名单，该调整已于9月7日(周一)起生效。这意味着内地投资者自此可通过沪深港通直接买卖剂泰科技，正式解锁南向资金。董事会认为，此次纳入有助拓宽股东基础、吸引长期机构投资者，并提升股份交易流动性。
