Netflix Raises UK Premium Subscription Above 20 Pounds For First Time

Netflix (NFLX) has raised the price of its premium subscription by 2 pounds to 20.99 pounds a month for UK subscribers, taking the package above 20 pounds for the first time, The Telegraph reported.
The standard plan increased by 1 pound to 13.99 pounds, while the ad-supported tier rose to 7.99 pounds from 5.99 pounds, according to the report.
Netflix said the price increases "reflect improvements to our wide range of entertainment and the quality of our service."
