ChainCatcher 消息，加密货币交易所 Coinbase 旗下 Coinbase Derivatives 与 Coinbase Financial Markets 于 9 月 1 日分别向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交 Form 1-N 和 Form BD-N，拟在美国推出单股永续合约。Coinbase 首席政策官 Faryar Shirzad 表示，相关产品下一步仍需获得美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）批准。
两份文件分别涉及注册为证券期货交易所和有限目的证券期货经纪商。Coinbase 自 3 月 20 日起已向非美国用户提供苹果、英伟达和特斯拉等股票的 10 倍永续合约，采用 USDC 结算并支持 24 小时全天候交易。美国用户此前被明确排除在该产品之外。
