9月8日，中银国际亚洲有限公司刊发补充上市文件，拟发行3只挂钩恒生指数的欧式现金结算R类牛熊证，证券代号分别为55193、55197及55198，每只发行额均为1亿份，合共3亿份。55193为牛证，发行价0.14港元，行使水平25,088，赎回水平25,188，到期日2028年9月28日。55197及55198均为熊证，发行价分别为0.08港元及0.11港元，行使水平分别为25,718及25,818，赎回水平分别为25,618及25,718，到期日均为2028年4月27日。3只牛熊证推出日为2026年9月7日，发行日为2026年9月9日，拟上市日为2026年9月10日，结算货币为港元。发行人获证监会发牌从事第1类及第6类受规管活动，流通量提供者及代理人为中银国际证券有限公司。董事于2012年5月15日藉决议案授权发行牛熊证。牛熊证为无抵押结构性产品，构成发行人一般无抵押合约责任，并无第三方担保或抵押，信贷评级机构未给予发行人任何评级。发行人所属集团最终控股公司为中国银行(03988.HK)股份有限公司。
