智通财经APP讯，小鱼盈通(00139)公布，于2026年9月8日，公司全资附属中达企业咨询有限公司拟向亿进企业有限公司收购该物业，总代价为2000万港元，该代价将按等额基准与卖方结欠贷方的部分未偿还款项进行抵销。抵销后，借款人结欠贷方的剩余未偿还款项将约为1390万港元。贷方为公司于香港注册成立的全资附属有限责任公司，并为根据放债人条例持有牌照的香港放债人法团。
该物业为位于香港九龙柯士甸道西1号漾日居的香港住宅物业。根据基于市场法对该物业进行的估值，该物业的市值约为2050万港元。
鉴于该物业未来可能长期升值，且集团就收购事项并无现金流出，董事相信，收购事项对集团有利。
