中国教育报-中国教育新闻网讯（记者 任朝霞）近日，上海工匠学院第七期“匠心学堂”暨第三期“工匠学历班”正式开班。作为上海市总工会与上海开放大学联合打造的公益品牌项目，这期“匠心学堂”以“我与AI有个约会”为主题焕新升级，面向全市各行各业职工免费开放。
今年8月，《上海市急需紧缺高技能人才职业（工种）目录（2026年）》正式实施，人工智能训练师位列其中，上海对数字复合型技能人才的需求持续增长。对此，上海开放大学紧扣产业端迫切的人才需求，整合学历教育、非学历教育两大平台资源，通过上海工匠学院的“匠心学堂”“工匠学历班”，精准实施分层分类的人工智能人才培养项目。
据悉，“匠心学堂”开设人工智能通识普及课程，把大模型应用、AI岗位赋能等前沿内容转化为普惠公益教学资源，覆盖不同行业、不同技术基础的劳动者，降低职工接触数字新技术的学习门槛。
面向技术骨干群体，“工匠学历班”开设人工智能、机械电子工程专业，开展系统化学历教育。曾在北京大学获得硕士学位的黄前涛再次回归校园：“‘工匠学历班’就岗位‘卡脖子’难题开展实战化研修的教学模式深深吸引到我，这正是我在工作中所需要的支持。”
