　　2026亚布力论坛夏季年会9月4日-6日在四川成都举办，本届夏季年会以“企业创新与周期跨越”为主题。

　　启物科技创始人、CEO蒲中柱表示，从需求层面来看，劳动力短缺，用机器人完成采收作业，是一个非常真实的市场需求。但即便机器人本身功能达标、性能甚至处于领先水平，在推向B端客户的时候，依然会遇到不少问题。

　　他表示，站在客户的角度，他们也清楚当下招工难、劳动力紧缺，采收环节产能波动大，迫切需要自动化、机器人设备来替代人工。

　　“可当我们邀请客户采购几台机器人试用时，对方往往会有所犹豫。这份犹豫并不是因为不认可我们的产品，而是一款全新的机器人、科技产品，引入企业原有的作业流程，就需要做出相应的适配与调整。对企业经营者而言，管理模式、日常运营流程都要随之改变，这会产生一笔不小的决策成本”他说。

　　在他看来，作为产品供给方，我们不能只单纯输出机械设备或者AI产品，还需要配套相应的服务，同时帮助客户对自身管理流程、运营流程做出适配调整。只有这样，我们的产品才能真正嵌入客户的日常生产运营当中，为客户创造实实在在的价值。
